InDoc EDGE trial use
Registering for InDoc EDGE free trial
At Mikrocop, we offer you a free 30-day InDoc EDGE trial, which is intended solely for your use and not for the use or benefit of any third party. To start the trial, you need to register with your official email address at indocedge.com/free-trial, and by doing so, you declare and warrant that all your provided information is true, accurate, and complete.
The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Accessing the InDoc EDGE trial
We will grant you access to the InDoc EDGE trial on the next business day. However, we reserve the right to refuse to grant access to the InDoc EDGE trial to anyone, anytime, and for any reason without explanation, or to give access to the InDoc EDGE trial earlier or later than the next business day. The trial period begins on the day we provide the first user from your organization with access to the InDoc EDGE trial at trial.indocedge.com.
Limitations of the InDoc EDGE trial
Although the InDoc EDGE trial encompasses features and business solutions included in the Office plan, certain limitations apply during the free trial:
InDoc EDGE trial settings may differ from the actual InDoc EDGE settings.
Predefined document classification with retention periods, initial folder structure, and other default properties of the temporary organization in the InDoc EDGE trial may differ from the properties of your organization in the actual InDoc EDGE, should you choose to use it.
The trial usage is available in English language, which is also set as the default language of the InDoc EDGE trial temporary organization.
Document storage is not enabled in the InDoc EDGE trial.
Electronic signing is enabled in the InDoc EDGE trial, but only the simple electronic signature is available among the three types of electronic signatures (simple, advanced, and qualified).
Using the InDoc EDGE trial
The InDoc EDGE free trial lasts for 30 calendar days from the day we grant the first user from your organization access to the InDoc EDGE trial. The trial period cannot be extended, and you can sign up for the free trial only once. You can test the InDoc EDGE trial on a dedicated temporary organization with one named user registered under your name. Exceptionally and upon request, we can provide access to additional users from your organization for the purpose of testing the InDoc EDGE. In such cases, please contact us at indocedge@mikrocop.com.
By registering for the InDoc EDGE free trial, you explicitly agree not to use the InDoc EDGE for:
Illegal and unlawful conduct, or encouraging a third party to engage in such conduct.
Creating, obtaining, sharing, and/or storing unlawful and illegal content, as well as content that contains and/or installs any computer viruses, trojans, or other malicious software that could alter, damage, disrupt, and/or limit the operation and/or use of the InDoc EDGE trial and/or any other software, hardware, and/or telecommunications equipment, or that is intended to damage and/or gain unauthorized access to any data and/or other information of third parties.
Defaming, harassing, abusing, intimidating, or inciting violence against any individual or group.
Creating, obtaining, sharing, and/or storing content that violates the intellectual property rights of Mikrocop or any third party, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, publishing rights, and/or other rights.
Sending spam, including unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, and/or any form of lottery and/or gambling.
Engaging in ethically unacceptable and reprehensible actions and actions contrary to the values we represent, promote, and pursue at Mikrocop.
Limitations to the level of service and provider's liability
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the InDoc EDGE trial, during the InDoc EDGE free trial we do not guarantee the general level of service and cannot ensure that there will be no unavailability, interruption, or limitation in the operation of the InDoc EDGE trial and/or the use of your trial account, whether due to circumstances within our control (e.g., regular maintenance) or beyond our control (e.g., force majeure).
We also do not accept liability for any consequences of administrative interventions in your temporary organization or any loss of content, data, and information in documents, other files, and/or unfinished tasks that may occur due to circumstances within our control (e.g., InDoc EDGE service updates) or beyond our control (e.g., force majeure).
Expiry of the trial period
After the 30-day trial period ends, we will permanently delete the temporary organization that you used for the purposes and duration of the InDoc EDGE free trial, including all your content, data, and information in documents, other files, and tasks, as well as the tasks themselves, audit trails, and your user profile. You understand and acknowledge that the InDoc EDGE trial is solely intended for testing the functionality and usage of certain features and business solutions, and not for actual business use. Therefore, Mikrocop does not assume responsibility for any consequences of the described deletion at the end of the trial period.
Updating the Terms of use
At Mikrocop, we reserve the right to update these Terms of use. Changes to the Terms of use will come into effect on the day of their publication on this website.
We recommend that all individuals affected by these Terms of use regularly review them.
Continued use of this website or InDoc EDGE trial after the publication of changes to the Terms of use constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
